Surfcam, Inc. (Thousand Oaks, CA) has hired a new account manager to support its expanding customer base in the southwestern United States. With an extensive background in the CAD/CAM field, new southwest direct sales account manager Mike Bebout possesses a depth of manufacturing-industry knowledge that will enhance the customer experience.
His work history includes positions as a NC programmer, a manufacturing technical specialist at a software company, and an account manager. A combination of technical and practical knowledge, as well as that of business management, makes Bebout ideally suited to understanding the needs of CAD/CAM users.
“I am very excited about joining this company,” Bebout said. “Working with shops to help solve their manufacturing problems and enhance their capabilities is extremely rewarding for me. It’s particularly rewarding for me to have the ability to come full circle and focus on CAM while leveraging my extensive professional experience in CAD and CAE.”
