Radwell International Inc. (Lumberton, NJ), is pleased to announce that it has earned ISO 9001:2008 certification as of October 23. This certification focuses on quality management and continuous improvement within the organization. The company consistently strives to provide products or services that meet or exceeds customer expectations. This procedure is done by documenting and adhering to internal processes for the improvement of all systems within ISO-defined standards, as well as measuring and listening to customer feedback.

By continually reviewing and enhancing internal procedures, the company can provide exceptional quality products and services within targeted delivery dates. Simply stated, all internal procedures and efforts are focused on delivering for customers, which allow the company to remain an industry leader in industrial supply chain services for the industrial automation industry.
The ISO 9001:2008 Certification is valid for three years, but Radwell will not rest on its most recent success. The company has already begun mapping the strategy for the next generation of certification ISO 9001:2015. This new target will ensure that continuous improvement and customer focus will remain the company’s rallying point for many years to follow.
