Marking Round Parts for Traceability

In Booth S-2335, MB Metal Technologies LLC (Milwaukee, WI) has released Tube & Pipe adaptors for their MarkinBOX MB3315S and MB8020 Portable Electric Pin Markers to assist shops in meeting the challenges of today’s manufacturing environment. The adaptors are made to either nominal tube and pipe diameters or to any custom diameter to improve productivity when marking for traceability. These adaptors bolt on the Quick Change Base Plate to transform MarkinBOX pin Markers from flat plate marking to axial or circumference marking on round parts. Heat numbers, Serialization, Date Coding, Part Numbers, 2D data Matrix and other features are included in the Sketchbook Software included with the MarkinBOX electric pin marking purchase. Having a Versatile Portable Pin Marker can surely enhance the increased requirements a shop may face when processing a variety of parts thru metal fabrication operations.
