Booth S-5050: The new air-powered Pipe Belt Finisher from Dynabrade is ideal for blending and finishing applications on metal, stainless steel and a variety of other materials used on pharmaceutical equipment, food machinery, railing and other metal fabrication applications. It is also excellent for blending and polishing tubing and round stock, finishing structural steel and various blending applications.

In Booth S-5050, Dynabrade, Inc. (Clarence, NY) introduces their new line of .4 hp Extension Die Grinders. These new straight-line air tools allow for efficient work within long pipes, castings, and other places where an extended reach is needed. The tools are available in either a front or rear exhaust air motor and run at 25,000 rpm. The new tools are available in two different shaft lengths: 3 in Extension Models or 6 in Extension Models. These .4 hp Extension Die Grinders allow the operator to extend into work pieces and reach previously inaccessible areas. Each die grinder features a safety-lock lever to prevent accidental start-up of the tool. The tools also run as low as 72 dB(A) to further reduce sound in the workplace. The .4 hp Extension Die Grinder powers optional carbide burrs and mounted points for deburring, grinding, etching, cleaning and more.

Also on display is the new air-powered Pipe Belt Finisher that is ideal for blending and finishing applications on metal, stainless steel and a variety of other materials. This tool can be used on pharmaceutical equipment, food machinery, railing and other metal fabrication applications. The Pipe Belt Finisher uses abrasive belts ½ in to 1-1/2 in wide x 30 in long. The tool is ideal for blending cylinders, sanding castings, cleaning welds and fabricating metal. The Pipe Belt Finisher is also excellent for blending and polishing tubing and round stock, finishing structural steel and various blending applications. The design of the tool allows for 180 deg of work piece abrasive capture at any time. The slack of the abrasive belt allows for use on various sizes of pipe. Utilizing both coated and non-woven belts, the tool features a tension arm which allows for quick belt change. Both the belt housing and side handle are adjustable for operator comfort. Utilizing a .7 hp air motor, the tool runs at 3,400 rpm. Ask for model number 14360.
