Superior Roll Forming Orders Coil Feeding Line
The automotive supplier ordered a line with a servo feed, threading table, power straightener and coil reel from COE Press Equipment.

COE Press Equipment (Sterling Height, MI) has announced that it has recently received its first coil feeding line order from Superior Roll Forming Company (Valley City, OH), a provider of roll formed and welded assemblies primarily serving the automotive industry. The line consists of a servo feed, threading table, power straightener, and coil reel.
The 18 in line can process coil material thickness from 0.030 in to 0.250 in, depending upon the width and steel strength. It features an 18 in servo roll feed with a ServoMaster Touch™ controller capable of 409 fpm, an 18 in by 20 ft threading table, a 4 in by 8 in power straightener, and a 15,000 lb capacity coil reel. COE also has installation assistance and introductory training.
