Two New VPs at Haimer USA
Drew Strauchen takes over marketing and business development, and Robert Bied is now in charge of product management for North America.

Haimer USA, LLC (Villa Park, IL), a producer of advanced tool holders and machine technology for the manufacturing industry, announced the hiring of Drew Strauchen to the position of vice president in charge of marketing and business development. “Drew’s background and experience in the industry is extensive, and his abilities in the areas of marketing and business will help us shape our growing business here,” said Brendt Holden, the president of Haimer USA.
Strauchen, 36, was previously with OSG USA for 14 years. He received an engineering degree from Ohio University and an MBA from Northern Illinois University’s Executive MBA program. He is a member in the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) as well as a member of the Young Executives Forum (YEM).
Holden also announced the promotion of Robert Bied to the position of vice president in charge of product management for North America. “Robert has been a key part of our success, and we were thrilled to promote him to this important position,” stated Holden.
Bied has been with the company for four years and, previous to this promotion, filled the role of national product manager. He received an electrical engineering degree from Purdue University.
