NTM is ISO Certified

NTM, Inc. (Fridley, MN), KOMET SERVICE® Partner, and KOMET of America, Inc. (Schaumburg, IL ), are pleased to announce that NTM has attained ISO 9001:2008 certification. All Partners are currently working to obtain ISO 9001:2008 certification, and NTM is the second one to have completed the certification.

This certification, established by the International Organization for Standardization, ensures that customers receive goods of a consistently high quality, and that all regulatory requirements are met, regardless of the nature of the product or the industry. A certification with such broad applicability naturally carries with it a great degree of steps and requirements; as such, NTM’s certification shows the commitment to quality and customer assurance that they share with KOMET.

NTM joined the KOMET SERVICE network in June 2014. However, the company started back in 1976 and for nearly 40 years it has provided customers with quality custom tooling, tool refurbishment and subcontract machining. With ISO certification, these customers can rest assured that their tools are manufactured and/or refurbished to the highest quality standards, with the confidence of the International Organization for Standardization and the support of KOMET. This latest accomplishment proves that NTM is finely tuned to serve customers well into the future.
