The Aria Group (Irvine, CA), a leading rapid prototyping and manufacturing firm, recently purchased one node-lock PSC seat for machining, including various other modules and a Virtual Machine, from Tebis America, Inc. (Troy, MI), a leading software company specializing in CAD/CAM systems for design and manufacturing servicing the tool, die, mold, aerospace and automotive manufacturing industries.

Aria Group provides a full range of design, engineering and manufacturing solutions for the transportation, aerospace and entertainment industries to name a few. Aria has nearly 20 years of expertise combining the latest advances in rapid manufacturing technology, with innovative design and creative engineering to produce advanced and complex projects

Aria Group, with facilities in Irvine and Traverse City, MI, provides CAD and digital modeling services, three- and five-axis CNC machining, clean room for advanced composite fabrication, Class A paint facilities, a full metal fabrication machine shop, hard modeling and clay modeling studios. The Tebis seat will currently be housed in the Traverse City operation.

Tebis America, part of Tebis AG (Munich, Germany), develops CAD/CAM systems for tool, die and mold manufacturing, primarily for automobile and aircraft manufacturers and their subcontractors from the styling, model making, tool and mold manufacturing sectors. The company supplies turnkey installations and also provides a full suite of 40 software modules focusing on increasing its customers’ ability to reach higher profits through consulting implementing of new technology, training and support.
