Hawk Technology Acquires ALM Materials Handling
Wholly-owned subsidiary ALM Positioners will now manufacture a branded line of welding and assembly positioners for blue chip manufacturers and distributors.

Hawk Technology, Inc. (Rock Island, IL) has announced that effective December 31, 2014 it’s wholly owned subsidiary, ALM Positioners, Inc., acquired the assets of ALM Materials Handling, LLC.
Hawk is a leading designer and manufacturer of tooling, fixtures, robotics integration solutions, vision inspection systems, and other customized automated solutions which are utilized in a variety of manufacturing settings.
ALM Positioners, in conjunction with Hawk Technology, will manufacture a branded line of welding and assembly positioners for blue chip manufacturers and distributors. These positioners are used by customers to safely and efficiently elevate and rotate large weldments to a convenient height and working position insuring improved quality, productivity and profits.
