Electrox Laser Marking Systems (Alpharetta, GA), a recognized leader in the development and manufacture of premium quality, industrial-grade laser marking equipment for multiple industries, has announced the appointment of a Western regional sales manager and agreements with two well-known sales firms for expansion into Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. The expansion in geographical coverage is in recognition of the company’s growth in new products and a demonstration of their commitment to customer service.
These moves are in addition to the company’s continued focus on the expansion of even more responsive service capabilities in the U.S., which includes its U.S. Applications Lab in Tyngsboro, MA. The primary functions of the lab are to allow customers to judge the feasibility of their applications and serve as a demonstration facility to aid in the selection of the proper laser configuration to meet their needs. The innovative lab features hands-on time with machines, the ability to see testing and meet development engineers.

Kevin Finn is the new Northwestern regional sales manager and joins the firm with over 35 years of experience in sales. He will be responsible for the northwestern United States, from Arizona to Washington State, and his territory will also include Western Canada. The two new rep firms are Automation Components, covering Georgia and Tennessee, and SIC/Power Inc., which will be responsible for South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia.
The new positions will report to Michael Rauch, the U.S. national manager. “Kevin will be an asset to us and our customers. Known as a customer advocate, he has experience building partnerships and increasing customer satisfaction. His experience in multiple industries will help expand not only our geographical footprint but our understanding of how different laser technologies can apply to our partners”, said Rauch, “Adding Automation Components and SIC/Power increases our sales coverage with experienced professionals and shows our commitment to providing excellent service to our customers and new solutions that will help business in additional industries grow.”
Finn will start in his new role immediately. The increased coverage in the Western U.S. and Canada shows our resolve to better serve a wider geographical area,” he said. “I see the real possibility of new solutions in the industries I know well. I can’t wait to get started.”
