Tebis Appoints New Technical Support Manager

Naren Suryadevara will also develop new procedures to respond to increased market activity and provide more customer services.

Tebis America, a leading software company specializing in CAD/CAM systems for design and manufacturing servicing tool, die, mold, automotive and aerospace manufacturing industries has announced the appointment of Naren Suryadevara as new Technical Support Manager. The announcement was made by David Klotz, the chief executive officer and president of Tebis North America.

In this new position, Suryadevara will be responsible for not only managing technical support for customers, but also to develop and implement new procedures within the department to respond to increased market activity and to provide more services to customers.

Klotz stated, “We are in the process of increasing our technical support capability throughout our organization. With our continued growth in North America we needed to reorganize to meet the challenges of that growth. Naren will help us tremendously in that effort.”

Suryadevara added, “We have one of the premier names in CAD/CAM software and I welcome the challenge to further increase that reputation by developing a technical support department that’s world class.”

Previously Suryadevara was technical director for Vero Software/Sescoi USA, where he managed onsite and offsite technical teams for a variety of WorkNC products. Prior to that he worked in a variety of capacities with Sescoi USA. Before that Suryadevara spent nearly 20 years as a design engineer for LMW Machine Tool Division (Coimbatore, India).

Tebis America, part of Tebis AG, Munich, Germany, develops CAD/CAM systems for tool, die and mold manufacturing, primarily for automobile and aircraft manufacturers and their subcontractors from the styling, model making, tool and mold manufacturing sectors. The company supplies turnkey installations and also provides a full suite of 40 software modules focusing on increasing the customers’ ability to reach higher profits through consulting, implementing of new technology, training and support.
