LTI Hires Sales Rep
Chris Mecleary handles customer inquiries, price quotations, and orders for calibration, materials testing, nondestructive testing and failure analysis.

Laboratory Testing Inc. (LTI; Hatfield, PA), an accredited materials testing and calibration lab, welcomes Chris Mecleary of Conshohocken, PA, as the most recent member of their inside sales team that was developed in 2014 within the customer service/sales department.
The inside sales staff supports outside sales in developing new customer relationships with an emphasis on optimal care to ensure complete satisfaction. Mecleary is the third inside sales representative hired by the company this year. In this role, he will respond to customer inquiries, prepare price quotations, and coordinate and track orders for the company’s array of services, including calibration, materials testing, nondestructive testing and failure analysis.
“The growth of our inside sales has significantly benefited our relationship with customers”, said Brad McVaugh, the customer service supervisor. “We are able to provide quick responses to meet customer needs, whether it’s information about services, pricing or status updates on testing and calibration results.”
Mecleary attended the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University where he graduated with a B.S in Marketing and a minor in Business Law. He has an extensive background in numerous business sectors that are serviced by the company, including the non-ferrous metal, aerospace, nuclear, medical and automotive industries. In addition, Chris is Lean 1 Certified through the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center.
Prior to joining the LTI, Mecleary worked as a marketing analyst for the Mueller Industries division, Precision Tool Company. He went on to become a district sales manager for Mueller, where he managed the Northeast Territory covering the Precision Tube Company, Mueller Impacts, Mueller Forgings and Mueller’s Machine Shop, Micro Gage.
