The United Performance Metals‘ Houston, TX, facility has been audited in accordance with the requirements of AS 9104-1 by ISOQAR and now conforms to the Quality Management System Standards ISO 9001:2008, incorporating the requirements of AS9100-C.

The Quality Management System is applicable to supplying, processing, stocking and distribution of stainless steel and high temperature alloy plate for the aerospace, petrochemical and commercial markets.

United Performance Metals is a leading supplier of stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel, cobalt, aluminum and titanium. The company’s comprehensive inventory of high temperature, high strength and corrosion resistant alloys includes sheet, coil, strip, plate and near net shapes that can be processed to customers’ exact specifications using its proprietary FIRSTCUT+® Services.

Headquartered in Hamilton, OH, United Performance Metals maintains branches in La Mirada, CA and Houston, as well as sales and stocking locations worldwide. Specialty divisions of the company include Plus Ten Stainless (Benicia, CA), and Vulcanium (Northbrook, IL).
