Rego-Fix Adds New Technical Support
Carl Figgins joins the OEM technical support team and will support the micromachining applications by high precision/small parts machines, Swiss-style turning machines and BT30 drill and tap machines.

Carl Figgins has joined the Rego-Fix Tool Corporation (Indianapolis, IN) OEM technical support team. A 20-year veteran in the toolholding industry, Figgins brings extensive experience that will boost the company’s support of its original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners.
In his position, Figgins’ primary focus is in the micromachining area including high precision/small parts machines, Swiss-style turning machines and BT30 drill and tap machines. He will support customers in their use of the full breadth of the Rego-Fix product line, including its new reCool® system, powRgrip® system and SwissQuick® ER-to-ER adaptor products. He will also support original equipment distributors.
“Carl has solid experience in the toolholding industry,” said Nick Korfias, the OEM account/product development manager for Rego-Fix. “He will make an immediate impact by extending our reach to better serve our customers throughout North America.”
The company also announced that Ray Sarmiento, who previously worked in the warehouse, is now in technical support. Jonathan Harvey also transitioned from a position in the warehouse to customer service, and Estavan Alfaro joined the company to work in the warehouse.
