Hobart Institute of Welding Technology Expands Staff
Lindsey Magee will be providing career support for both current and future students at HIWT.

Hobart Institute of Welding Technology (HIWT; Troy, OH), has added a career development coordinator to their staff. Lindsey Magee comes to HIWT from the Global Onshore Pipeline Division of Miller Electric Manufacturing Company (Appleton, WI), where she served as a marketing specialist.
While working at Miller, Lindsey attended several continuing education classes at HIWT and commented, “I really liked the culture of the school and the friendliness of the staff. So when the position was posted, I definitely wanted to submit my application.”
Scott Mazzulla, the vice president of HIWT, said, “Lindsey will be providing career support to our students, Her hours will be from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm to increase staff availability to our second shift students as well as those who attend during the first shift.”
“I am looking forward to working with students and visitors to the Institute,” Lindsey stated, “I am hopeful that my presence will provide for expanded service to our current and future students. The welding experiences I was able to have with Miller will contribute to my success at HIWT.”
Lindsey and her husband, Todd, reside in Troy. Lindsey commented, “We like this area, It is a great area in which to live and work.”
