Bystronic Inc. (Elgin, IL) announced that it will showcase its BySprint Fiber 4000 watt laser cutting system and their Xpert 150 servo-hydraulic press brake at its Fabtech Canada booth #1317, March 18-20, 2014. The BySprint Fiber, featuring a powerful 4000 wattt Fiber laser source, provides users the flexibility to cut materials across a full thickness range up to ¾ in, with the speed and economical efficiency associated with utilizing modern Fiber laser technology.
The Bystronic Xpert, equipped with the world’s most comprehensive database of material bend allowances and extensive empirical bending knowledge, makes a bending professional of every user. Its new Voice Control feature enables operators to utilize voice commands, via a headset, for typical manual operator functions such as open and close the tool clamping system, start a program, jump to a bend sequence and make program angle corrections.
Also featured with the Xpert will be the new Bystronic RF-A tooling, featuring self-seating and segmented front-loading tooling technology, precision ground and hardened surfaces for long tool life, and the RF-A upper and lower hydraulic clamping systems. Continuous demonstrations will be provided at the Bystronic Booth 1317.
