Air Actuated, Universal-Mount Spray Nozzles
BEX displays the new BEX series of air actuated, universal-mount nozzle assemblies in both T-Tip and atomizing configurations that feature a universal mounting system that allows one nozzle within a multi-nozzle line to be removed for quick-disconnect maintenance and/or replacement, instead of the entire line of nozzles.

BEX Incorporated (Ann Arbor, MI) offers its wide array of nozzles, including the new series of air actuated, universal-mount nozzle assemblies. The BEX design, available in both T-Tip and atomizing configurations, feature a universal mounting system that allows — in a multi-nozzle line — one nozzle, not the entire line of nozzles to be removed for quick-disconnect maintenance and/or replacement.
The unique design uses a set screw assembly and mounting slot to affix the nozzle to the line as opposed to the closed-loop guide of other similarly designed nozzles. The atomizing nozzles mix air and liquid supplied at line pressures of up to 125 psi. The self-contained air cylinder provides controlled on/off operation at any desired frequency up to 180 cycles per minute. The nozzles come in a choice of round, wide angle round and flat spray patterns and are made in nickel-plated brass or stainless steel and are built to provide uniform distribution of the atomized spray.

In addition to the air actuated, universal mount nozzle assemblies, other BEX products displayed include injection-molded, air atomizing, hydraulic atomizing, quick change, tank washing, tank mixing and solid stream nozzles. to name a few. www.bex.com
