Ditzingen company announces preliminary figures.

In the 2012-2013 fiscal year, ending in June, the TRUMPF Group (Ditzingen, Germany) generated sales of 2.35 billion Euro. This corresponds to a small increase of one percent over the previous year’s sales of 2.33 billion Euro. This annual sales figure is the highest in the company’s 90-year history.

Orders received at TRUMPF during 2012/13 remained at the previous year’s figure of 2.33 billion Euro (after 2.35 billion Euro in the previous year). As far as the result is concerned, TRUMPF is expecting a lower figure.

“The increase over the previous year is small, but considering the extremely difficult market conditions we faced, we can certainly be pleased with the result,” said Nicola Leibinger-Kammüller TRUMPF Inc. president when presenting the firm’s numbers.

“We are expecting a pre- tax result lower than that of the previous year,” said Nicola Leibinger-Kammüller. In 2011-2012, the company achieved a pre- tax result of 211 million Euro.

The final figures are due to be presented by TRUMPF at the Annual Press Conference on October 16, 2013.
