Lincoln Electric’s new Certified Integrator Designation Certification demonstrates how capabilities align with the industry’s best practices.
The Lincoln Electric Company (Cleveland, OH) received the new Certified Robot Integrator designation from the Robotic Industries Association (RIA) in late July. The certification was given after an on-site audit, safety training and hands-on testing of personnel.
“Our experience and capabilities in robotic programming will be further recognized through this certification,” said Justin Percio, business manager, welding automation systems, Lincoln Electric.
“It demonstrates our continuing commitment to providing customers with superior arc welding and cutting solutions for a completely automated system.”
The RIA Certified Robot Integrator program allows system integrators to compare existing processes to industry best practices. It gives Lincoln Electric affirmation, while also providing the company with information to improve.
“We knew our processes were on target with industry standards, so it was nice to get this confirmation,” Percio said.
