Mark Saffell joins Aerobraze Engineered Technologies as the new plant manager for the Oklahoma City facility, responsible for driving business growth by evaluating and continuously improving operational efficiency.
Saffell brings to the shop a “hands on” leadership style that strongly emphasizes an employee training program to ensure a high quality standard is achieved for meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations. He brings over thirty years’ experience from various manufacturing industries, including aerospace and defense, heavy equipment and oil and gas.
An experienced professional with a proven track record, he is an accomplished Lean champion and Continuous Improvement practitioner with an emphasis on eliminating waste and improving flow. Mark has a MBA from Friends University and a BS in Mathematics from Saint Mary of the Plains College.
