Melton brings over 25 years of marketing experience in the machine tool industry, serving as marketing manager for companies including Gleason Corporation (Rochester, NY) and Makino Inc. (Mason, OH). He holds an Associate’s Degree in Business from Cincinnati State and currently resides in Cincinnati with his family.

Doug Cole also recently joined CTG as a regional sales manager. “Doug comes to us with not only the ambition and drive that our growing organization desires but also the superb customer service skills that our customers demand,” added Whittaker.

Cole is an experienced account executive with a technical background and a very successful sales record. He is a Highest Honors Graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in New Media Publishing and Marketing. Cole currently resides in Buffalo, NY, with his wife and two sons.
