These unique gusset magnets allow plane alignment, locating, and clamping of steel gussets and panels and are ideal for assembly, tacking, and welding operations.

Strong Hand Tools® (Pico Rivera, CA), the designer and manufacturer of Quick-Acting Welding Clamps, Magnets, Pliers and BuildPro™ Welding Tables, is proud to introduce the New Gusset Magnet.

Developed by customer demand, the unique Gusset Magnets align, locate, and hold steel Gussets, Base Plates, and steel panels against a steel substructure in assembly, tacking, and welding operations. Four rare earth disc magnets embedded in the Gusset Magnet faceplate hold steel panels against a frame or substructure with direct, even clamping pressure for a fast, accurate and convenient setup. The low profile Gusset Magnets leave ample space for welding access.

Three adjustable 1-1/2 in long Magnetic Hex Bolts protrude from the magnet face and can be pre-set to the correct depth to securely position the Gusset or Panel in a precise location for tack welding. Three positioning pins on the Gusset Magnet faceplate act as a guide for the quick alignment and positioning of the Gusset Magnet against the substructure. The Gusset Magnet is easy to handle, place, and remove.

Strong Hand Tools™ is a world leader in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of innovative, time-saving clamping products for applications in metalworking, welding, MRO, metal fabrication and assembly. Strong Hand Tools™ can be purchased through a worldwide network of over 850 distributors. www.stronghandtools.com
