Rosler Metal Finishing USA, LLC (Battle Creek, MI) announces the R-SF line of efficient mini-drag machines in Booth N-7432 at IMTS 2012. These powerful units provide a superior finishes and precise, repeatable processes ideally suited for a wide range of components from propellers and golf-clubs to artificial joints and dental implants!

These new mini-drag machines provide 40X the grinding power of rotary vibrators yet eliminate impingement between delicate components. They include hydraulically powered carousel assemblies allowing vertical movement for versatile processing and are also equipped with up to four rotating work stations each with independent drives.

Featuring heavy-duty construction, protective cabin with Plexiglass doors and industrial grade motors, all R-SF machines include a work bowl lined with highly wear-resistant polyurethane for years of durable service.

Each R-SF mini-drag finisher comes with a user-friendly PLC-based control panel for programming all essential operations and can be easily integrated into cell manufacturing concepts. Other convenient features include a media unload port for quick and easy media changes as well as dosing equipment for accurately managing water and compounds.

Rosler also has RMT multi-tumbling batch blast machines that use a special rotary barrel design. These durable units produce excellent blast coverage results and compared to conventional tumblast machines, they have no “pinch points” to damage even sensitive parts.

The RMT uses a simple design with few moving parts to ensure high up times and low maintenance costs. Easy automation with custom-made loading and unloading equipment make integration into existing systems a breeze.

With the rotary barrel made of highly wear-resistant manganese steel, RMT machines provide years of reliable service and suit every capacity requirement from 3 cu ft to 34 cu ft batch sizes and include a wide choice of blast turbines from 15 hp to 75 hp. www.rosler.us
