This new plant will fabricate dust collection equipment starting in January 2013, using 100 employees in engineering, metal fabrication, welding and assembly operations.
Camfil Farr Air Pollution Control (APC; Jonesboro, AK), a leading global manufacturer of dust and fume collection equipment, has announced plans to open a 40,000 sq ft (3,716 sq m) facility in the United Kingdom to serve industrial customers throughout the UK and Europe.
Work is already underway for the new plant, which is located in theBirchBusinessParkin Heywood, Greater Manchester, UK. The facility is expected to open in January 2013. When it is fully operational, the new plant expects to employ more than 100 people in engineering, metal fabrication, welding and assembly positions.
