These one-axis and two-axis positioners control the shifting and positioning of front operated power backgauges in three different operating modes using a memorized program – all for $7,200 or less.
THESI 310 single-axis station positioners are now available from Bentenbender Manufacturing, Inc. (Coggan, IA). The THESI 310 DI series with relay outputs (digital) for a front operated power backgauge and the AN series with analog output can control shifting and positioning of one axis in three different operating modes: Manual or Semi-Automatic by keyboard, or Automatic on the basis of a memorized program. THESI 310 DI series units are $6,600.
THESI 320 two-axis station positioners are also available. The THESI 320 DI series with relay outputs (digital) for a front operated power backgauge and ram control and the AN series with analog output can control shifting and positioning of two axes in three different operating modes: Manual or Semi-Automatic by keyboard, or Automatic on the basis of a memorized program. There is end of program output and independent axes used for configurations and parameters. Each unit has three auxiliary inputs. THESI 320 DI series are $7,200.
All units carry memory of up to 99 programs with 20 positions each. Up to 99 repetitions can be matched to each position (the program cycle is composed by the position and its respective repetitions). 90VAC to 230VAC power supply or 24VAC power supply with selector. Manufactured with a 16-bit microcontroller, 256 FLASH and 8k RAM memory in single-chip mode.
Optoisolated inputs are Start, Stop, Increase, Cycle, Deviation, and Preset. Voltage free contact outputs are OK Position, Enabling With Control Interlock Feed/Back, and Slow/Fast. Possibility of installation on bench or built in. The front panel size is 72 mm x 144 mm and the depth is 126 mm. Protection class IP65 for the keyboard and IP40 for the rear panel. The display shows up to six high efficiency digits at 13 mm. [email protected], www.betenbender.com
