To expand the depth and breadth of the catalog, MSC conducted extensive customer research and actively sought feedback from strategic suppliers. As a result of these efforts, the company added a wide variety of items that add value to manufacturers’ operations.
“To meet the industry’s needs, you have to maintain close relationships with customers and suppliers and understand the challenges being faced by American manufacturers,” says Anthony Testa, business manager, MRO. “MSC constantly evaluates the latest innovations and actively pursues those that provide tangible benefits in meeting customers’ safety and compliance needs.”
