The Integrex i-630V/50 from Mazak (Florence, KY) is a heavy-duty multi-tasking center that provides highly productive performance. The machine also offers full simultaneous 5-axis cutting to reduce throughput time for large parts of substantial complexity.
The Integrex i-630V/50 headstock features a powerful 50 hp, 10,000 rpm standard (5,000 rpm optional) milling spindle for full 5-axis heavy-duty machining. Also running at 50 hp, the machine's turning spindle operates up to 550 rpm max.
The Integrex i-630V/50 delivers heavy-duty outer diameter turning and 5-axis machining with B-axis movement. Substantial savings can be achieved through the elimination of numerous setups and avoidance of tolerance stack-ups. Axis travels are 58.07 in x 41.34 in x 41.34 in on the X, Y and Z axes and the machine accommodates workpieces up to 41.34 in diameter and 39.37 in height.
The MX Hybrid Roller Guide System is integrated into the Integrex i-630V/50 to deliver levels of durability and reliability that result in long-term accuracy. The MX Hybrid Roller Guide System increases vibration dampening to extend tool life, handles higher load capacities, accelerates and decelerates quicker to shorten cycle times, consumes less oil for "Greener" operations, and lasts longer with less required maintenance.
To further boost machining productivity, the Integrex i-630V/50 features a two-pallet automatic pallet changer, enabling continuous machining. Additionally, the machine can be integrated with Mazak's renowned Palletech automation system.
