Hypertherm (Hanover, NH) announced that its newly introduced HyIntensity Fiber Laser HFL015 system is a Product of the Year finalist and Judges' Award Winner. Hypertherm is one of five finalists selected by the New Hampshire High Technology Council. The competition recognizes high tech products and services that demonstrate excellence in innovation, performance, functionality, value, uniqueness and ties to New Hampshire.
As a finalist, Hypertherm will present its system to an audience at the Product of the Year banquet. Audience member and judges will then vote on the ultimate winner. "The judges have certainly been challenged, so far, in terms of narrowing the field, and now these companies will have to prepare to wow a live audience," said Art Bruinooge, tech council board member and event chair.
The HyIntensity Fiber Laser HFL015 system is the first complete fiber laser system specifically optimized for cutting applications. The New Hampshire High Technology Council's purpose is to bring together representatives from the private and public sectors to establish and maintain financial, technical, management, legislative and educational support programs that encourage innovative research and technology-based industrial development in New Hampshire.
