BIG Kaiser Precision Tooling Inc.‘s (Elk Grove Village, IL) is offering a catalog that features the recently expanded C-Cutter Mini Chamfer Mill Line. The C-Cutter Mini’s compact design reduces the cutting diameter to the lowest limit, helping to achieve ultra high spindle speeds and feeds.

The latest full-color catalog highlights all additions to the C-Cutter Mini line, including a new eccentric body style for bolt hole and tap chamfers, expanded lengths to the existing program, a new Sharp Edge (SE) insert type and a new hexagon insert design.

Also featured in the catalog is the world’s smallest hexagon insert. The hexagonal design provides additional angles and more indexes for superior cutting speeds on the smallest single- and multi-insert C-Cutter Mini models.
