Jones Kinden (West Chester, PA) is now a distributor for Celeritive Technologies, Inc.'s (Cave Creek, AZ) VoluMill? in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and Maryland. VoluMill is a patent-pending, high-performance toolpath engine that can be used with any CAM system. It is used in place of traditional roughing toolpath engines when shop productivity is a priority. It has proven to significantly increase machine capacity utilization and dramatically reduce per-unit tooling costs on all part geometries and materials.
Jones Kinden, founded in 1947, serves nearly 500 aerospace, medical and automotive manufacturers. The company offers CNC machines made by Toyoda, Samsung and Hydromat along with end mills by Kennametal and MA Ford.
Jeff Mayer, owner of Jones Kinden, says his customers are served by a staff of 11, who are all application engineers with experience in programming and operating machine tools.
