Ideal for dry and wet cutting, the 7 in x 12 in Dayton Horizontal Band Saw from W. W. Grainger uses a heavy-duty TEFC motor, a three-speed drive system that is easily changed with a lever, and a variable-speed hydraulic power feed. The 4YG30 band saw is made from heavy-duty, welded steel for durable, rigid, accurate and straight cuts. Three multi-point bearing blade guides keep the blade in line. The band saw also comes equipped with a cooling system.
Economical miter band saws from Dayton are made from heavy-duty steel for added rigidity and vibration-free performance. The saw heads on the 8 in 2LKT9 and 10 in 2LKU1 swivel left or right to cut from any angle from 0 to 45 deg quickly and easily while the work piece remains fixed. Both models feature adjustable blade guides for accurate square cuts, a rapid acting vise and a dual roller in-feed table.
The saws come with heavy-duty rubber wheels, telescoping handles for easy portability and movement and a hydraulic feed system. The saws operate at three different speeds, so they can handle a wide variety of materials. An optional coolant system is available for the 10 in 2LKU1 model.
