The TB130 Top Bender from CML USA Ercolina (Davenport, IA) is specifically designed to produce consistent quality bends in large diameter pipe, tube, squares, rectangular, solids and other profiles. Easy access to automatic and manual operating modes, programming, system diagnostics and multiple language capability offered with PLC touch screen control.

Unlimited program storage available with USB ? up to 12 bends per program. Digital display of counterbend die axis and bend angle. TB130 bends any angle to 180 deg with independent spring back compensation for each bend and bends to a centerline radius as small as 2D. Engineered heavy-duty steel gear case accepts bend profiles with CLR to 27½ in. Patented swing away counterbending die vise and quick-change tooling system with multiple radii available. Auto load sensing improves bend productivity while protecting machine components. No hydraulic components reduces cost and improves bend accuracy.

RING AND PROFILE BENDERS

These high quality, three-roll, profile bending machines feature adjustable and hydraulically controlled guide rolls for single part prototype or high quantity production.

The conventional and hydraulic KPB Series features hardened, ground shafts and high quality steel construction to handle the force necessary for bending correctly. Able to operate horizontally or vertically, the popular KPB 61 comes equipped with three motor driven rollers along with a digital display for the adjustable bottom rollers. Outfitted with an overload slip-clutch to ensure machine safety, the Knuth KPB 61 includes hydraulic adjustment for the bottom rolls and a modular tool system that adapts to most angle and bar profiles.

The Knuth KPB Series offers a bending speed from 5 to 6.6 revolutions per minute, plus a roller diameter from 6 in to 15.2 in. Featuring a horsepower range of 1 to 20 and an angle iron capacity of 2 x 2 x ¼ in to 5 x 5 x ½ in, the KPB can be equipped with optional accessories including a spiral bender, digital displays for hydraulic straightening roller, CNC Graphic control or NC Teach-In Control for ease-of-use European manufactured. These manual to CNC machines include Bosch Rexroth hydraulics and Siemens/Telemecanique electronics along with a one year parts and labor warranty.
