The Model 114S material handling system from ALMCO KleenTec (Albert Lea, MN) is detailed in new literature that shows the labor savings, improved productivity and numerous other benefits of the company's standard and custom-designed separation systems used in metal deburring and finishing operations.
This rugged, parts-media separation equipment can be installed with a wide variety of vibratory finishing machines to provide maximum efficiency in conveying parts and abrasive media for storage and re-use. With up to four separate media compartments, the automated equipment can totally eliminate manual labor otherwise necessary for loading, unloading, parts separation and handling functions.
Featured in the new literature are the Model 114S with the OR-5V round-bowl vibratory finishing machine, with an optional air-operated media discharge door. The 114S has a one-compartment media storage hopper, and components including a step-deck separation screener and inclined media return conveyor.
