Aleris Promotes New EVP And President For Rolled Products North America Business

Aleris International, Inc. (Beachwood, OH) recently promoted K. Alan Dick to president of its Rolled Products North America business unit, and named him an executive vice president of the company.

Dick has worked in the aluminum industry for over twenty-three years and joined Aleris through its Commonwealth Industries subsidiary in 1998. He has held a number of important leadership positions during his tenure with the Company including, executive positions leading manufacturing and metal procurement functions.

"Alan has made significant contributions to the improved performance and strategic repositioning of the business," said Steve Demetriou, chairman and CEO. "I look forward to Alan's continued leadership."
