When size matters . . . R&R (Grand Haven, MI) CMM Fixture base plates are available up to 60 in x 120 in in cast aluminum or steel. You can choose a 1/4-20 or M8 thread size with hole spacing of 0.50 in (15mm) or 1.0 in (30mm) on center. Now even your largest parts can be fixtured on a single base plate. R&R is your one source solution for CMM fixturing ? from very small to very large parts.

Fixture base plates are available in standard and custom sizes with English or Metric threads. Multiple threaded holes on the R&R Fixture base plate help increase the flexibility of the fixture. Our base plates have been engineered of cast aluminum with a hard coat anodize coating called Ni-Tuff ? that has proven be more durable and resist scratches with its Teflon makeup and extra penetration of the hard coat engineered into our base plates. This NiTuff hard coating will make the base plates last longer and wear better for many years. Base plates can also be made of steel with a black oxide finish.

Easy Installation: Mounting holes for attaching the R&R Fixture base plate to your CMM is included if needed. A drawing will be provided from R&R showing the exact location of the fixture base plate on your specific CMM as well as the mounting hole positions.

Easy Documentation: Base plates more than 30 inx 30 in (750mm x 750mm) are numbered in both the X and Y direction. Base plates less than 24 inx 24 in (600mm x 600mm) are labeled with letters in the X and numbers in the Y direction.
