REGO-FIX® will display an extensive lineup of Swiss quality toolholding solutions. Their powRgrip PG system uses a toolholder and collet to generate the highest clamping force in the industry ? higher than any shrink-fit holder ? while still maintaining a T.I.R of less than 0.0001 in. The system is ideal for high speed machining applications and gives customers the ability to clamp tool shanks ranging from 0.2 mm up to 1 in diameter.
Additionally, REGO-FIX will showcase its balancing ring system, which allows standard toolholders to be upgraded at any time. Without the use of tools or weighted balls, the balancing ring system is able to balance the toolholder and assembly up to 42,000 rpm at any G-rating. Additionally, its uninhibited design enables the rings to rotate a full 360 deg for infinitely adjustable weight distribution.
