AMI Metals, Inc. (Nashville, TN), a subsidiary of Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. (Los Angeles, CA), has been named 2008 ?Supplier of the Year? in
the Common Aerospace Commodities category by The Boeing Company. AMI Metals was one of nine companies honored this month for exceptional commitment to excellence in working with Boeing. ?We are pleased to receive this award, as it represents AMI?s commitment to quality and service and validates our success in satisfying the needs of a key customer,? said Scott Smith, President of AMI Metals, Inc.
