Chevron Products Company, offers its line of industrial lubricants. The products, Chevron HiPerCUT and Texaco Aquatex, offer extended machine tool life and corrosion protection in a bio-stable emulsion.
"Chevron's HiPerCUT and Aquatex products work exceptionally well on exotic metals, like those used in the aerospace industry," said Kathy Johnson, industrial specialist, Chevron Products Company. "These fluids help reduce corrosion and provide excellent surface finish, while extending sump life to help reduce costs. Both products have bacterial and fungal resistance, helping to reduce environmental and health issues associated with mineral oil-based metalworking fluids."
Chevron HiPerCUT 9500 and Texaco Aquatex 9500 are fully synthetic, long service life, metalworking fluids with high performance lubricity additives that offer superb machining characteristics. They are well suited to most chip forming processes including sawing, turning, milling, drilling, turning, tapping, reaming and deep hole drilling. Chevron HiPerCUT 9500 and Texaco Aquatex 9500 are considered suitable for machining a wide variety of materials including low to high tensile steels. They are also well suited to machining harder metals such as stainless steel, titanium and Inconel.
