UNIST, Inc. will feature the Uni-Roller Type S Stock Lubrication System with SPR2000 Programmable Lubrication Station. The Uni-Roller/SPR 2000 is part of the complete line of Metalforming Lubrication Systems by UNIST. The Uni-Roller? is an internally supplied positive displacement roller system which applies an even, consistent layer of lubricant to coil stock and blanks prior to forming.
The system can apply fluid to the top and bottom of the stock, in different or equal amounts. Fluid volume and frequency is managed by the SPR 2000 Programmable Controller, which can stand alone or integrate with press controls. The menu-driven system calculates optimum fluid usage automatically or lets the user manually enter parameters. It can store and recall up to 60 job setups. The system reduces fluid consumption by 50 to 90 percent.
