TRUMPF offers the TruMark Series 6000 laser marking system. The TruMark Series 6000 features the latest in laser marking technology for medical, automotive, and other highly demanding applications. With exceptional mark quality and speed, the Nd-YVO4 (Vanadate) based diode pumped laser of the TruMark Series 6000 is the first of the new TruMark product line for TRUMPF.
Available in three wavelengths, 1064 nm, 532 nm, and 355 nm, the TruMark Series 6000 marks a wide variety of materials including
metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics. The TruMark laser provides up
to 80 percent increased laser power when compared to its predecessor, the VectorMark compact (VMc). This reduces processing time while generating an increase in productivity.
The TruMark Series 6000 offers exceptional pulse-to-pulse stability
and high peak power to provide excellent mark contrast while
maintaining consistency throughout the application. The TruMark?s
ability to mark small spot sizes is a necessity for projects with tiny
features such as in the medial and semiconductor industries.
With their robust design, TruMark lasers withstand the rigors of an
industrial environment. The removable hose system between the laser
head and control unit provides for easy integration into production lines. TRUMPF marking lasers also feature optical defocusing and
Laser Power Calibration (LPC) to ensure the laser will perform at the
optimum range for an extended period of time.
TRUMPF?s TruMark laser markers provide solutions for a wide variety of applications. The user-friendly TruTops Mark software facilitates marking specialized applications. Text, serial numbers, data matrix and bar codes, logos and drawings are marked consistently and
permanently with simple programming.
The TruMark Series 6000 lasers integrated into the TruMark Station
5000 or 7000 TRUMPF offer ergonomic, plug-and-play workstations
with the highest flexibility. Features such as a rotary table and
motorized Z-axis reduce cycle time while increasing versatility.
