Penn Engineering & Manufacturing Corp. (Danboro, PA) and Peninsula Components, Inc. (San Carlos, CA) announced a settlement agreement of PennEngineering?s lawsuit against Pencom for infringement of certain patents and trademarks. The original complaint was filed against Pencom on August 17, 2007, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
While the terms of the settlement are confidential, PennEngineering and Pencom are confident that the agreement fully addresses each of the points outlined in the Complaint and Answer.
