CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels offers a line of semi-flex discs for aggressive grinding applications which are engineered not to load up while working.
Semi-flex discs are uniquely shaped to provide maximum chip clearance and air flow for longer working life and increased production times. Consisting of 21 items, CGW?s semi-flex line is offered in silicon carbide or aluminum oxide grains.
CGW?s silicon carbide semi-flex discs are available in 4-1/2- and 7-inch diameters, 16 ? 120 grit sizes and type 27 or type 29 shapes. Silicon carbide semi-flex discs are recommended for grinding nonferrous materials such as boat hull fiberglass, marble, and for removing epoxy, glue or urethane from concrete.
CGW?s aluminum oxide semi-flex discs are available in 4-1/2- and 7-inch diameters, 16 ? 36 grit sizes and type 27 shape. Aluminum oxide semi-flex discs are recommended for removing rubber from gas pipe ends and grinding cold rolled steel, stainless steel, bronze and iron.
"CGW?s semi-flex discs have a unique pattern in the disc face which allows for aggressive grinding without overheating right angle grinders,? said Joe O?Mera, president, CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels.
CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels is one of the world?s leading suppliers of grinding wheels since 1956. Its 80,000 square foot USA facility serves as a centralized warehouse with manufacturing capabilities and includes customer service, sales and marketing departments.
