Maus SpA (Padova, Italy) introduces first CNC vertical turning center produced by its alliance with Tal Manufacturing Solutions Limited (Pune, India), the machine building group of Tata Motors Limited. The machine was recently unveiled during a ceremony at the Tal factory in Pune.
These new Vertiturn machines have a cast iron base, CAD-optimized rigid construction, high-precision linear motion guideways for travel of 800mm (~31.50?) in the X axis and 700mm (~27.56?) in the Y axis., high spindle torque to 5000 rpm, 18-position tool changer, live tooling on larger models and an available automatic rotary pallet changer, Siemens 810D CNC, absolute encoders on both axes, telescoping steel way covers, a high-capacity coolant system and pre-loaded C3 class precision ball screws. www.maus.it
