The offering consists of roughers and finishers optimized for deep pocket milling. Roughers are designed for high metal removal rates with addition of variable flute indexing that reduces chatter. Longer tool lengths incorporate a large core diameter that further prevents chatter caused by deflection. Tools range from square to full ball nose to meet aerospace industry requirements. Finishers produce accurate parts with superior surface finishes that meet, or exceed, demanding aerospace specifications. Shallow flute design combined with a large core diameter prevents deflection on even the longest length tools.
