ADVANCED DEEP DRAW PRESS

Beckwood Press Company has built a technologically advanced deep draw press for Orange County Choppers, and will be displaying the drawn tanks and fenders on a production chopper at the 2008 Regional Metalform Show in Birmingham, Alabama on April 1st-3rd at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex. Beckwood will also be exhibiting one of their latest press designs, displaying the latest in hydraulic press technology and features.

Beckwood manufactures 4-post, 2-post, SSE (straight side endframe) and C-Frame hydraulic presses tailored to meet each individual customer's specific requirements. They have added new products and features to their hydraulic press (from 2 to 2000+ tons) and automated system lines. These advances include expanded technology and increased energy efficiency with a wider range of presses, options and integration offerings.

Beckwood has also expanded their product line with the addition of hydraulic and hydro-pneumatic benchtop presses from 3 to 40+ tons, Accu-Flex Servo Motion (3 to 150+ tons), Electromechanical Ballscrew presses (from 3 to 5 tons) and high performance dispensing systems to supplement their selection of machinery. www.beckwoodpress.com
